Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Currently Nurish'd meal prep partners are able to deliver across Alberta. We do not deliver to PO box addresses or rural addresses. Please enter your address before placing an order to see if we can deliver to you! Delivery charges will be determined during the checkout process. Standard delivery costs vary based on location and order total. Free delivery is calculated for orders over a specified threshold.
Can you deliver to apartments?
Yes we can, however please make sure you provide either a buzzer number so we can deliver it to your unit, or instructions to leave the package with the concierge.
When will my meals be delivered?
You will pick a date for your delivery before you pick your meals and checkout. Orders are delivered on your chosen day between 3pm-8pm. We recommend subscribing to receive text message or email notifications from the courier to track your delivery. If you forget which day you've selected for delivery, you can reference it on your order confirmation email.
What if I'm not home during the delivery?
We can still deliver your meals if you are not going to be home during the delivery hours, but you can let us know by emailing hello@nurishd.io. All orders are sent out with ice packs inside the box to keep the food at a safe temperature for 1-2 hours (weather dependent.) Nurish'd is not responsible for unattended packages or spoilage of any kind when meals are left outside. Nurish'd can not guarantee specific requested delivery times.
What happens if I don't receive my delivery when I was expecting it?
Check your tracking information and call or email the meal prep provider right away. Although the meals are packed in an insulated and temperature controlled box, we must be aware of the situation so that it can be resolved ASAP with no food spoilage.
Can I get free shipping if I use another coupon?
No. You cannot use multiple coupons in one transaction.
What if I need to cancel my order?
All of the meals are made to order and we require 2 business days notice if your order needs to be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order please email hello@nurishd.io immediately with your name and order number and we will do our best to accommodate you. If your meals are already made we wont be able to offer a full refund. If payment for your subscription has gone through and you need to cancel your order please call us or email. Nutrition plans made by the dietician are non-refundable.
How can I view my previous orders (order history)?
You can view your previous orders by logging into your account and clicking on the "Orders" button in the sidebar.
